CHLOE CAMACHO

BASc, MPH, RD

Registered Dietitian

Chloe is a Registered Dietitian with the College of Dietitians of Ontario. She holds a Master of Public Health in Nutrition and Dietetics from the University of Toronto, where she also completed her dietetic practicum. In addition, she earned a Bachelor of Applied Science in Applied Human Nutrition from the University of Guelph.

 

Chloe has experience working in community settings across the GTA, supporting clients with various conditions such as type 2 diabetes, prediabetes, hypertension, and dyslipidemia. These experiences have shaped her ability to deliver client-centred, evidence-based nutrition care to individuals from diverse backgrounds and walks of life.

In recent years, Chloe co-authored a journal article on dietary supplement use among athletes, sparking her passion for promoting evidence-based nutrition to support athletic performance and recovery. She has also pursued passion projects such as creating nutrition content (e.g., videos and articles) and facilitating nutrition and food demonstration workshops for a wide range of audiences—from high school students to adults newly diagnosed with type 2 diabetes.

Outside of work, Chloe enjoys weightlifting, yoga, and tennis, as well as exploring new restaurants and cafés with family and friends.

​

Chloe believes that helping clients feel empowered and confident in their food choices is key. She supports clients in reaching their personal health goals by helping them build long-term, sustainable dietary habits through nutrition education and counselling.
