ON-FIELD EMERGENCY CARE

Pro Form Sports Medicine and Rehabilitation offers on-field athletic and emergency care. Our practitioners are fully certified Sports First Responders with extensive experience covering various regional, provincial and national sporting events.

We have provided on-field athletic and emergency care for provincial Junior A hockey, as well as local coverage for rugby, triathlons, marathons, volleyball, and tae kwon doe. We have also provided coverage at the Ontario Summer Games and the 2015 Pan Am Games.
