
BONNIE HUANG
Bonnie holds a BASc in Applied Human Nutrition from the University of Guelph and completed her practicum with Hamilton Health Sciences. She is a registered dietitian with the College of Dietitians of Ontario.

She has worked in various healthcare organizations across the GTHA, specializing in multiple areas, including surgical and medical bariatrics, gastroenterology, obstetrics, rehabilitation, acquired brain injury, and chronic disease prevention and management.
​
In recent years, Bonnie has first-authored a journal article on micronutrient management during pregnancy after bariatric surgery and has presented nationally on nutrition, pregnancy, and inflammatory bowel disease. Her latest projects include recording the nutrition segment of a social media campaign to recruit participants for a research study and serving as a research dietitian.

Outside of work, Bonnie enjoys staying physically active in a variety of ways, including going to the gym, practicing yoga, Pilates, barre, aerial arts, and CrossFit.
​
Beyond sports, fitness, and other pursuits, Bonnie believes that we are humans first. Her experience working with individuals through various stages of health— from hospitalization to rehabilitation and transitioning back home—enables her to support clients in achieving their personal goals, whatever they may be.
